Run payroll here.Or keep the one you have.
The hours are already checked and already ours. So you can pay people from them right here, or send them to the payroll you run today. Both work. You do not have to move your payroll to fix your hours.
For anyone paying staff by the hour, the shift or the day.
The hours get typed in twice
Somebody adds up a register, types it into a sheet, then types it into payroll. Two chances to get it wrong, and no way to tell which one did.
Overtime is worked out by hand
Different rates, night shifts, public holidays, council rules. It is done in a spreadsheet by one person, and only that person knows how.
Mistakes are found on payday
A short payslip is not a maths problem. It is a queue at the office and a team that trusts you a little less.
Changing payroll feels worse than the problem
Moving payroll in the middle of a tax year means moving every balance with it. So the bad hours carry on for another year.
Two ways to be paid right
The same checked hours either way. You pick how far you want us to take them.

Pay them from here
Turn payroll on and the checked hours become a pay run. Normal time, overtime, allowances and deductions are worked out for you. PAYE, UIF and SDL are calculated, and payslips come out the other end.
Or feed the payroll you already run
Leave payroll switched off and send the hours to the system you use today, in the shape it expects. Nobody types anything in twice, and you do not move your payroll to get that.
Payslips on WhatsApp
Send each payslip to the person it belongs to, on the app they already have. No printing, no pile on a desk, and no queue at the office on payday.
Pay runs that match how you pay
Weekly for the casuals, monthly for the office, or both at once. Each group keeps its own cycle instead of being forced into one.
What the labour actually cost
See the wage bill by site, by team and by week, next to what you planned to spend. You find the overtime while you can still do something about it.
A record of every change
Who changed a clock-in, who approved it and when. If a number is ever questioned, the answer is one screen, not an afternoon.
South African payroll, not a translated one
Most payroll software is built somewhere else and adapted. The rules you have to follow are local, so the maths has to be local too.
PAYE, UIF and SDL
PAYE, UIF and SDL are worked out on every pay run. The numbers on the payslip are the numbers SARS expects to see.
Public holidays
The system knows every South African public holiday. It counts the extra pay for you. Nobody has to remember which Monday it was.
Council and overtime rules
Set your overtime rules, night-shift windows and council terms once. They are applied on every run after that, the same way every time.
Questions about payroll
Do we have to use your payroll?
No. Payroll is optional. A lot of customers keep the payroll they already run and only use us for the hours going into it. You can turn payroll on later if you want to.
Does it work out PAYE, UIF and SDL?
Yes, when payroll is switched on. The statutory deductions are calculated on each pay run and appear on the payslip.
Can we keep our current payroll software?
Yes. Send the checked hours to it in the shape it expects. You get the accurate hours without a payroll migration, which is the part most people are trying to avoid.
How do staff get their payslips?
On WhatsApp, on the app, or printed if you prefer. Sending them on WhatsApp is the one that stops the payday queue at the office.
Can we run weekly and monthly pay at the same time?
Yes. Each group keeps its own cycle, so weekly casuals and monthly staff can be paid from the same system without one being forced onto the other.
What does it cost?
Start with a free 14-day trial and no card. What it costs after that depends on how many people you pay. It also depends on whether you use payroll or only the hours. We agree it with you once you know what it is worth.
Fix the hours first.
Start free for 14 days and see what your real hours look like. Keep your payroll while you do it. If you want us to run the pay run as well, turn it on when you are ready.
