What delivery costs
Delivery is R400 flat on every order, anywhere in South Africa. It does not matter how many items you buy or how heavy they are. You will see the same R400 in your cart before you pay.
We do not ship outside South Africa at the moment. If you need that, please talk to us first.
How long it takes
Orders arrive in 2 to 3 working days once they leave us. We only start counting from the day your payment clears. Weekends and public holidays do not count.
Items that need to be built, fitted or ordered in for you are not covered by this. Those are quoted with their own dates, and we tell you the date before you agree to anything.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on this site includes VAT at 15%. The price you see is the price you pay, plus the R400 delivery.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Tell us within 7 days and we will fix it. You do not pay to send back something that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered — that cost is ours, and the law says so too.
Changed your mind instead? You have 7 days to cancel, and the rules for that are on the refunds and returns page.
