What you’ll do: • Design, develop, test and maintain high-quality software solutions • Work closely with product managers, designers and fellow engineers to ship features • Write clean, efficient, well-documented code • Participate in code reviews and help raise our engineering standards • Debug and resolve issues in live production environments
Who we’re looking for: • Strong experience in one or more languages (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, etc.) • Familiarity with modern frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and databases • Passion for clean architecture, automated testing and continuous improvement • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Sales Account Managers
We’re searching for driven Sales Account Managers who excel at building relationships, understanding client needs and growing revenue.
What you’ll do: • Manage and expand a portfolio of key accounts • Spot new business opportunities and successfully upsell / cross-sell • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and tailored proposals • Negotiate contracts and close deals • Serve as the voice of the customer inside the company to help shape our roadmap
Who we’re looking for: • Proven B2B sales experience (ideally in technology, software or services) • Outstanding communication, negotiation and relationship skills • Ability to understand technical offerings and communicate their business value • Self-motivated with a strong hunter mindset and customer-first approach • Comfortable working with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Support Technicians
Join our Support Technicians team and become the frontline expert who ensures our clients receive world-class help.
What you’ll do: • Provide technical support through phone, email, chat and remote sessions • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware-related issues • Document solutions and help grow our internal knowledge base • Escalate more complex problems to engineering when required • Assist customers in getting the maximum value from our solutions
Who we’re looking for: • Solid technical knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills • Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk or similar role • Clear, patient and professional communication style • Genuine customer-focused attitude and enjoyment of helping people succeed • Experience with support/ticketing tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)

Resellers / Partners
We are actively growing our reseller and partner network. If you have an established customer base and would like to offer our powerful solutions to your clients, we invite you to become an ATEX Solutions Reseller / Partner.
What you’ll do: • Promote and sell ATEX Solutions products and services to your customers • Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support to your clients • Meet sales targets and build recurring revenue streams • Participate in partner training and stay current with our offerings • Work together with our team on joint marketing activities and deal registration
Who we’re looking for: • Established business with a relevant customer base (IT services, VARs, consultants, system integrators, etc.) • Demonstrated experience reselling technology products or services • Strong sales and account management capabilities • Commitment to delivering high-quality service to end customers • Genuine enthusiasm for our solutions and for mutual success
