The repeater only covers some of your sites

A radio network stops where the tower stops, so the site across town is on a different island. PTT runs over LTE, so every site is on the same channel the day you switch it on.

Half the team is on radio, half is on WhatsApp

The guard has a handheld, the supervisor has a phone, and the manager has neither. One call now reaches all three, because a radio and a phone are the same device on this channel.

Nobody can prove what was said

A radio call disappears the moment it ends. Every call here is recorded against who made it, which channel, and when, so an incident can be reconstructed instead of argued about.

Every call carries the position of the person making it, so the control room knows who is nearest before anyone has to ask.

Emergency button that cuts through

One press takes over the channel and alerts the control room with a location, so a shout for help does not queue behind ordinary chatter.

Who spoke, on which channel, at what time, kept and searchable. That is the difference between a version of events and a record of one.
