A paper visitor book at the boom

Illegible, unsearchable, and a POPIA problem sitting on the guard hut counter. Visitors pre-register, scan on arrival, and are logged against the resident who invited them.

Tags that get handed around

A card only proves that someone has a card. Facial recognition and anti-passback prove it was that person, at that gate, at that time.

Contractors on site without checks

Induction, insurance and certification are verified before the boom lifts. Expired documents block entry on their own.

Four systems that do not talk

One vendor for the boom, one for the cameras, one for the readers, and nobody owns the failure. You get one console, one supplier and one support number.

Vehicles cleared without anyone leaving the car. Blacklists and expected delivery lists are enforced at the boom.

Visitor & contractor management

Pre-registration links, QR arrival, host notification and a searchable record of every person on site.

Zones, anti-passback & schedules

Who may go where, and when, set per door, per shift and per contractor. Enforced by the system, not written on a laminated sheet.
